The B58, 2JZ, RB, and LS engines need major internal upgrades and a mix of aftermarket parts to reach the high power outputs required today. The S58, however, breaks the 1,000 bhp barrier with only minimal changes to the block and internals. Its factory precision and OEM tolerances deliver consistent results across builds.

Realtime Tuning

The MoTeC system allows you to fine-tune the engine on the fly with a simple twist of a dial. Adjust throttle response, antilag, and boost in seconds — right from the driver’s seat. Dial in exactly the power you need, from partial output to 100% to control how much vehicle stress you deem fit.

That means you can adjust to changing track conditions in real-time, spare vehicle stress in certain situations like testing or exhibition runs – and adjust max power to a developing driver's skillset over time.

Responsive Like An N/A

The optional fresh-air antilag system maintains turbine speed during off-throttle phases, ensuring near-instant boost recovery and response characteristics comparable to naturally aspirated engines. By continuously supplying compressed air to the exhaust side, it stabilizes turbine shaft speed, minimizes transient lag, and delivers immediate torque on throttle re-engagement — with significantly higher overall output potential, compared to N/A engines.

That means little to no turbo-lag, with all the benefits of a turbo engine's power output.

Reduced Running Cost

Avoid maintenance efforts, vehicle  downtime and sources of error by not needing major engine disassembly for overhauls. Once the engine is installed and maintained as advised there will be no need for it.

Consulting

We take time to go through the technical details and understand your program in depth. Together we confirm that the engine package, peripherals, and intended use case are the right fit before moving forward.

Purchase

We’re open to tailored partnership arrangements.

Build Phase

We’ll coordinate early to align on chassis preparation, oil-pan clearance, and all installation interfaces. After assembly, the engine will be run and tuned on the dyno to match your specific fuel and data requirements.

Installation

We will be available for guidance, should questions arise that address the specifics of the 229performance S58 engine during installation.

Operation

Following the first event, we perform a preventive data check to verify parameters, ensure reliability, and fine-tune calibration before the next outing.
